If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, it shall not affect or impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The parties shall replace any such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
